There are times when large amounts of archived documents have to be scanned into the system, to enable them to be accessed as part of the online archive data. Whilst companies have the resources to perform the daily archive needs, the backlog can require extra resources or help. We therefore offer a service where we can perform the scanning and archiving of your backlog to enable all your documents to be entered into the system faster. The cost of this service is dependant upon the size of the backlog, and the indexing required |

DataImage Software Ltd offer customers an option of taking out a technical support contract which will entitle them to:-
free telephone support for the life of the contract free updates to their installed version of the product
Should the customer choose not to take out a support contract, they will still be offered remote telephone support but it will be charged on a per problem basis. |
