ScanLink—Fixed Network System |

gives a number of Fixed users from 1 to XXXXX the ability to index, file and retrieve documents.
Indexing can be: · Totally manual · Via selection lists · Obtained from a database · Extracted from text documents using the PrintLink functionality · Automatic if using Bar Codes
Documents can be emailed in the in box as well as when retrieved, and can be TIFF, Jpeg or PDF and then emailed as PDF.
On retrieval the documents can be viewed and printed from any workstation with ScanLink on.
The users have the option of setting security at the filling cabinet and documents level, and can control the user access rights to the system.
The users have the option of adding a separate note to the documents which can then be used for searching or highlighting certain internal requirements, e.g. Action dates or overdue accounts.
The system is designed to be run without onsite technical support, and can be upgraded to newer versions or extra licenses without the need for an onsite visit.
ScanLink uses standard Microsoft programming so can be easily integrated into another standard Microsoft programs. |
