ScanLink—Concurrent Network System

Gives the same functionality as the concurrent network system but only allows for a fixed number of users to ever access the system

This is an OCR front end system to ScanLink that enables indexes to be automatically extracted from incoming scanned documents so that the document can be archived without manual inputting the index. It has an integrated the ABBYY FineReader engine.

Auto Indexing

Enables user to archive electronic documents automatically into ScanLink using predefined rules to match which field belongs to which index etc.

ColdLink

ScanLink can have a basic web application front end or have a specifically designed system to meet a particular business requirement, e.g. A standard company expenses process, or a standard company purchase invoice handling process.

WebLink

This product enables users to produce a CD image of specific documents from their complete ScanLink database. The reason is the client may want to give an electronic copy of their client’s documentation to another party (accountant, partner etc).
