Invoices WebLink system produced

Company specific internet invoice system produced to enable control across several remote sites.

 

 

2008

Windows Vista fully supported

Apart from PrintLink all ScanLink functionality is the same under Vista as XP and 2000

 

All outgoing emails have the ability to be converted to a PDF.

 

 

2007

 

Standard company web front end produced

Enables companies to access their ScanLink documents across the internet and uses their own standard web pages.

 

Notes changed to enable keywords to change the colour of the notepad

This enables companies to easily indentify certain troublesome clients or situations. A Housing association uses it to indentify situations where a collection needs more then one person on site.

 

 

2006

 

DocNet Front end to ScanLink available.           

Ability to export indexes to other applications.

Using a ScanLink now the document can be Ocr’d, and filed into ScanLink, whilst having the extracted indexes passed to another application, i.e. Accounts package

 

ScanLink’s password system change to meet international convention 8 characters, alpha/numeric

 

 

2005

 

ScanLink and PrintLink improved so both work fully in a Citric Server and Terminal services environment

Users can now run a full ScanLink system in a terminal services environment including the ability to PrintLink.

 

ScanLink’s OCR options improved to allow extra functionality.

A lot of companies index documents based on their own criteria, e.g. company internal accounts number, not by the full customer name. We have therefore added some commands to the OCR option that now allow these functions.
